Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

a. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who register for an Email Newsletter at www.clubstay.com.au. Employees, their immediate families of the Promoter and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
b. Entries must comply with these Conditions of Entry to be valid. Only one entry permitted per customer. The Promoter's employees and their immediate families, its associated companies, its agencies associated with this promotion, and associated prize partner companies are ineligible.
c. Promotion commences 01.12.04 and closes 5pm EST 30.11.05. The draw will take place on 01/12/05 at 5pm EST at CMP Consulting Pty Ltd, 203/21 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 on the dates listed below. (All times are EST unless EDST is applicable). Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by telephone within 7 days of the draw.

There is one prize with a total value of $500 including GST. This is a travel voucher and can be used for any purchase from Flight Centre Limited to the value of $500. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Destination, number of travellers, class of fare, level of accommodation, inclusion of meals and inclusion of transfers is up to the winner of this Promotion. No spending money is included in this travel prize.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition which may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for: tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site; acting in violation of these terms and conditions; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out above.
